Services for Veterans and Members of the Armed Forces

At Eastridge Health Systems, we provide specialized services for veterans and members of the armed forces, recognizing the unique challenges that come with military service. Our programs are designed to address mental health, substance use, and overall wellness while honoring the dedication and experiences of those who have served.

We offer  therapy for PTSD, depression, anxiety, moral injury, and other veteran-specific concerns, as well as substance use treatment, specialized groups, couples and family therapy, and child and adolescent support. Case management services connect veterans with housing, employment, military-to-civilian transition support, and other community resources. Peer recovery support offers guidance from individuals with lived experience, fostering engagement, coping skills, and community connections.

For veterans receiving multiple services, our coordinated care teams ensure that treatment is consistent, integrated, and culturally competent. Care teams may include the primary therapist, case manager, peer support specialist, and other relevant providers, working together to maintain a unified treatment plan and ensure smooth transitions between services.

Our goal is to provide veterans and service members with a safe, supportive environment where they feel understood and empowered. By combining clinical expertise with lived experience and military cultural competence, we help individuals achieve stability, build resilience, and access the resources they need to thrive in all aspects of life during and after service.
