Crisis Services
At Eastridge Health Systems, our crisis services are designed to provide immediate, compassionate, and community based support during times of need. Our COMPASS program Crisis Outreach Mobile Prevention And Stabilization Services provides a coordinated crisis response for youth and families experiencing acute behavioral health challenges.

COMPASS offers 24 hour, 7 day mobile crisis response in the home or community, providing timely assessment, risk screening, de-escalation, and safety planning. Services focus on short term stabilization, skill building, and strengthening family supports to help individuals remain safely in their homes and communities whenever possible. The COMPASS team also provides caregiver coaching and works closely with families throughout the crisis period.

As part of a coordinated approach, COMPASS collaborates with schools, child welfare, juvenile justice, primary care, and behavioral health providers to ensure continuity of care. The team assists with referral and linkage to ongoing services and natural supports, helping families transition to appropriate longer term care when needed.

COMPASS is a voluntary, short term, intensive, community based crisis intervention designed to reduce unnecessary emergency department visits, hospitalizations, and out of home placements. During periods of acute behavioral health need, COMPASS serves as the guiding and coordinating response with a focus on safety, dignity, and recovery.
