ACT Team Counselor** Mental Health FT Exempt The ACT Team Counselor completes assessments, provides treatment planning, individual and group therapy with 75% of the services provided in the community.  Must be available for rotating schedule including weekends and holidays and after hours on call. Master's degree in human services and valid driver's license 2 years experience in behavioral health with vocational/substance abuse experience preferred.
ACT Team Leader** Mental Health FT Exempt Responsible for effective oversight, direction, clinical and administrative supervision of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program for EastRidge Health Systems.  The team leader is a practicing clinician providing services at least 50% of the time.  The team leader is responsible for ensuring ACT services are excellent, courteous, helpful and respectful in accord with recovery and resiliency principles.  The team leader trains, evaluates, leads, assigns and, schedules a multidisciplinary team. Master's degree and valid WV license in counseling, social work, psychology (including supervised psychologist) or nursing. Three years experience in direct behavioral health services, two of which must be in a supervisory capacity.  A registered nurse with valid WV license and above experience may serve as the team leader if the team includes another full time RN.
Mobile Crisis Team Member** Mental Health Stipend plus hours out Responsible for immediate assessments after regular business hours of individuals in crisis. Determine needs, including the need for a  mental hygiene hearing.  Coordinates with other specialized staff, ensures needs are met aqs quickly as possible.  Compensation is $50/day for on call plus pay for time out.  Rate for time out is based on experience. Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human service field. Crisis intervention skill desirable.  Ability to work a flexible rotation on call schedule and access to vehicle for face to face intervenbtions.
Community Engagement Specialist** Mental Health Hourly FT Participates as part of a clinical team providing services to individuals with chronic mental illness, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders and who are at risk for psychiatric inpatient hospitalization or loss of community residence. The Community Engagement Specialist II is responsible for assisting individuals in appropriate supportive and preventive services, successfully transitioning individuals from inpatient care to community living.  Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field. Experience in behavioral health is strongly preferred.
LPN** Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities Hourly FT Provide a variety of nursing services to behavioral health clients.  Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of client care and safety. Valid WV nursing license and valid driver's license. Experience in behavioral health preferred.
Day Program Supervisor** Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities FT Exempt Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all aspects of service delivery in the I/DD facility based Day Habilitation program. Responsible for ensuring that all services/activities in each client's plan of care are developed exclusively to address the habilitation and support needs of the client. Activities must consist of programs of instruction/training developed and evaluated by a Behavior Support Professional. Supervisor will provide supervision to staff that provide direct care to clients in the program. In the absence of the Day Services Coordinator the Supervisor will assume the responsibilities of the Coordinator. Bachelor's degree in human services or closely related field. Experience in behavioral health and the WV Title XIX Waiver Program is required.  Experience with I/DD day programming is preferred.
ACT Team Therapist** Mental Health Exempt Provides therapy and case management to clients enrolled in an Assertive Community Treatment Program. Master's degree A minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral health including substance abuse assessment and treatment required.
ACT RN** Mental Health Exempt Provides direct nursing and clinical care, case management and rehabilitative services to clients enrolled in an Assertive Community Treatment Program. Valid WV Registered Nursing license with no restrictions. 3 years of behavioral health experience required.
Behavioral Health Technicians** Various Hourly BHTs work in group homes, day programs and the step down unit insuring that the consumer's daily needs are met and assist residents with social and basic living skills. High School/GED Full and part time positions are available for day, evening and night shifts in our MR/DD group homes. Experience in a residential setting is preferred. High School/GED
LPN** Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities Hourly FT and PT Provide a variety of nursing services to behavioral health consumers.  Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of consumer care and safety at all times. Valid WV Nursing License and valid driver's license. Experience in behavior health preferred.
RN I/DD formerly MR/DD Hourly FT or PT Administers medication and implements physician work orders, documents nursing care within the scope of practice (State of WV Nurse Practice Act), and communicates effectively with other staff regarding client care.  Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of consumer care and safety at all times. Current valid WV-RN License Experience in Behavioral Health is preferred.  Valid drivers license required.
Licensed  Psychologist ** Mental Health FT Exempt Provides psychological assessments & evaluations, including forensic evaluations. Participates on the clinical team & provides clinical leadership and supervision  to staff. Provides individual, family, marital, and group therapy. Participates in the commitment/on-call rotation and conducts commitment evaluations and crisis assessments. Master's Degree in psychology & licensed in WV Competency in the administration and interpretation of psychological assessment instruments for all ages preferred.
Nurse Practitioner ** Mental Health Hourly - Part Time or Contract Diagnoses and treats clients with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders under the direct supervision of a licensed physician. Master's degree in nursing. Nurse Practitioner Certificate. DEA number and current WV license required.
Respite Workers **  Mental Retardation and/or Developmental Disabilities Hourly Part Time Provides temporary care and supervision for individuals who cannot provide for all of his/her needs in the absence of the primary care giver.  Provides services as outlined by the personalized Individual Program Plan.  Services may include supervision, monitoring, implementation of a behavior support plan, medical plans of care and habilitation training. High School/GED Experience preferred.
