Medical Records Technician** All Hourly Full Time Responsible for scanning all documents that are not completed electronically.  Responsible for completion of consent for release of information requests and maintaining the log.  Perform other duties as required. High School/GED and valid driver's license Experience is preferred.
Billing Services Representative** Billing Hourly Full Time Responsible for assisting with the agency's accounts receivable and billing functions.  Completes functions including entering client services, posting payments to client/non-client accounts, process billing claims/statements, reconciles client accounts via EOBs and client payments, responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clients and staff. High School/GED Two years of experience in a related position that includes accounts receivable and billing.  College preferred. Familiar with accounting office functions including data entry, reconciling client accounts, processing claims for Medicaid, Medicare and insurance companies.  Proficient in computer applications and in processing large amounts of data.  Flexible with work assignments/hours.  Familiarity with behavioral health organizations helpful.
Community Focus Treatment Specialist** Mental Health Hourly Part Time Assist adults with mental illness with integration into the community and provide structured ongoing skill maintenance and/or enhancement activities. High School/GED Valid driver's license required.  Experience preferred.
Community Engagement Supervisor** Mental Health Full Time Supervision of the Community Engagement Program to ensure that eligible MH/SA/IDD individuals are assisted with obtaining and connecting to needed community services with the goal of maintaining stability in their home environment and avoiding psychiatric hospitalization. BA in Human Service field required.  Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in the behavioral health field.
Customer Service Representative** Business Office Hourly Full Time Responsible for switchboard operation. Occasional front desk reception, electronic medical records, scheduling and, collection of payments.  Registration, payer verifications and, data entry as needed.  Occasional travel to Jefferson and Morgan County offices required. High School/GED Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, computer skills, familiarity with office equipment and ability to work with a wide variety of people are required.  Must be able to work evening shifts.  Medical office experience preferred.
Community Engagement Specialist (Morgan County)** Mental Health Hourly FT Responsible to obtain, connect and provide services and supports to eligible "at risk" individuals.  The goal is to maintain these individuals in the community and avoid psychiatric hospitalization. HS Diploma/GED required.  Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred. Experience in behavioral health is preferred.  Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Therapist II** Mental Health/Substance Abuse Full Time - 2 Positions Children's mental health and substance abuse. Provide assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy. Master's Degree in human services. License required. Two years experience in behavioral health/substance abuse is preferred.
LPN** Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Hourly FT and PT Provide a variety of nursing services to behavioral health consumers.  Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of consumer care and safety at all times. Valid WV Nursing License and valid driver's license. Experience in behavior health preferred.
RN I/DD formerly MR/DD Hourly FT or PT Administers medication and implements physician work orders, documents nursing care within the scope of practice (State of WV Nurse Practice Act), and communicates effectively with other staff regarding client care.  Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of consumer care and safety at all times. Current valid WV-RN License Experience in Behavioral Health is preferred.  Valid drivers license required.
Licensed  Psychologist ** Mental Health FT Exempt Provides psychological assessments & evaluations, including forensic evaluations. Participates on the clinical team & provides clinical leadership and supervision  to staff. Provides individual, family, marital, and group therapy. Participates in the commitment/on-call rotation and conducts commitment evaluations and crisis assessments. Master's Degree in psychology & licensed in WV Competency in the administration and interpretation of psychological assessment instruments for all ages preferred.
Behavioral Health Technicians **  Various Hourly BHTs work in group homes, day programs and the step down unit insuring that the consumer's daily needs are met and assist residents with social and basic living skills. High School/GED Full and part time positions are available for day, evening and night shifts in our MR/DD group homes. Experience in a residential setting is preferred. High School/GED
Nurse Practitioner ** Mental Health Hourly - Part Time or Contract Diagnoses and treats clients with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders under the direct supervision of a licensed physician. Master's degree in nursing. Nurse Practitioner Certificate. DEA number and current WV license required.
Respite Workers **  Mental Retardation and/or Developmental Disabilities Hourly Part Time Provides temporary care and supervision for individuals who cannot provide for all of his/her needs in the absence of the primary care giver.  Provides services as outlined by the personalized Individual Program Plan.  Services may include supervision, monitoring, implementation of a behavior support plan, medical plans of care and habilitation training. High School/GED Experience preferred.
