School Based Therapist** Mental Health Full Time Exempt Will work with students individually and/or in a group setting to promore optimum emental and emotional health.  Responsibilities will include the utilization of good skills in assessment, prevention, crisis intervention and documentation of services. Master's degree in Human Service field and prior counseling experience with children is required. Social Work license or license eligible.
Job Developement Supervisor** Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities Full Time Exempt Responsible for analysis, situational assessments and supports in either acquiring or maintaining competitive employment.  These services should enable each person who receives services to attain and maintain employment at the highest level of work in a setting matched to the individual's strengths, interests, priorities and abilities.  Services are expected to occur over a two year period with attaining and maintining integrated employement at a competitive wage being the specific outcome.  Also responsible for volunteer and community activities for prevocational and day habilitation clients to prepare the individual  to transition to prevocational, job development or supported employment. Bachelor's Degree in human services related field strongly preferred. Experience in behavioral health, the WV Title XIX Waiver Program is required.  Experience with I/DD Day Programs is preferred.
Behavior Support Professional** Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities Full Time Hourly Develops training plans that include person specific aspects and methods of intervention or instruction. Provides training to staff persons who will implement the training plans.  Provides training for direct support staff who provide Respite services.  Evaluates.\/monitors the effectiveness of the training plans through analysis of programming results at least monthly.  Follow up to observe client progress/regression and revise training plans as needed. Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or a Board of Regents degree. One year of experience in the I/DD field required.
ACT Team Counselor** Mental Health Full Time Exempt Provides assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy. Must be available for a rotating schedule including weekends and after hours on call. Master's Degree in human services and valid driver's license. Two years experience in behavioral health with vocational/substance abuse experience preferred.
Lead Behavioral Health Technician** Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities Full Time Hourly Responsible for ensuring basic safety and security for residential clients. Assist with orientation of new staff, coach and mentor staff about job and site specific tasks.  Review documentation and other paperwork. High School/GED Experience in an I/DD residential setting is preferred.
Medical Assistant** Mental Health/Substance Abuse Full Time Hourly Assist physician with client care and documentation. High School/GED Medical office and CNA experience preferred.
Customer Service Representative** Business Office Full Time Hourly Responsible for switchboard operation and occasional front desk reception. Electronic medical records, scheduling and collection of payments.  Registration, payer verifications and data entry as needed. Occasional travel to Jefferson and Morgan County offices. High School/GED Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, computer skills and familiarity with various office equipment and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.  Must be able to work evening shifts.  Medical office experience preferred.
ACT Team Therapist** Mental Health Exempt Provides therapy and case management to clients enrolled in an Assertive Community Treatment Program. Master's degree A minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral health including substance abuse assessment and treatment required.
ACT RN** Mental Health Exempt Provides direct nursing and clinical care, case management and rehabilitative services to clients enrolled in an Assertive Community Treatment Program. Valid WV Registered Nursing license with no restrictions. 3 years of behavioral health experience required.
Behavioral Health Technicians** Various Hourly BHTs work in group homes, day programs and the step down unit insuring that the consumer's daily needs are met and assist residents with social and basic living skills. High School/GED Full and part time positions are available for day, evening and night shifts in our MR/DD group homes. Experience in a residential setting is preferred. High School/GED
Mobile Crisis Team Member** Mental Health Stipend plus hours out. Responsible for immediate assessments of individuals in crisis after regular business hours.  Determines needs, including mental hygiene proceedings, coordinates with other specialized staff, ensures needs are met as quickly as possible. Bachelor's degree in social work or related human service field. Crisis intervention skills desirable.  Ability to work a flexible rotation on call schedule and access to reliable transportation for face to face interventions.
Crisis Evaluator** Mental Health Part Time/On Call Responsible for conducting evaluations for the Mental Hygiene (commitment) process after regular business hours. Coordination with other crisis team members. LICSW or WV licensed psychologist is required. Crisis or risk assessment experience preferred.
RN** Step Down Unit Exempt Provide a variety of nursing services to behavioral health consumers. Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of consumer care and safety at all times. Valid WV Nursing License and valid WV Driver's License Experience in behavioral health preferred.
Therapist II Mental Health /Substance Abuse Full Time - 2 Positions Children's mental health and substance abuse. Provide assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy. Master's Degree in human services. License required. Two years experience in behavioral health/substance abuse is preferred.
LPN** Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities Hourly FT and PT Provide a variety of nursing services to behavioral health consumers.  Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of consumer care and safety at all times. Valid WV Nursing License and valid driver's license. Experience in behavior health preferred.
RN I/DD formerly MR/DD Hourly FT or PT Administers medication and implements physician work orders, documents nursing care within the scope of practice (State of WV Nurse Practice Act), and communicates effectively with other staff regarding client care.  Accountability and responsibility for nursing services is required to ensure the highest quality of consumer care and safety at all times. Current valid WV-RN License Experience in Behavioral Health is preferred.  Valid drivers license required.
Licensed  Psychologist ** Mental Health FT Exempt Provides psychological assessments & evaluations, including forensic evaluations. Participates on the clinical team & provides clinical leadership and supervision  to staff. Provides individual, family, marital, and group therapy. Participates in the commitment/on-call rotation and conducts commitment evaluations and crisis assessments. Master's Degree in psychology & licensed in WV Competency in the administration and interpretation of psychological assessment instruments for all ages preferred.
Nurse Practitioner ** Mental Health Hourly - Part Time or Contract Diagnoses and treats clients with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders under the direct supervision of a licensed physician. Master's degree in nursing. Nurse Practitioner Certificate. DEA number and current WV license required.
Respite Workers **  Mental Retardation and/or Developmental Disabilities Hourly Part Time Provides temporary care and supervision for individuals who cannot provide for all of his/her needs in the absence of the primary care giver.  Provides services as outlined by the personalized Individual Program Plan.  Services may include supervision, monitoring, implementation of a behavior support plan, medical plans of care and habilitation training. High School/GED Experience preferred.
